About me
Hi, I'm Lisa, I am a fully qualified Counsellor, a wife and a mum to three grown up children.
I live close to our beautiful Cornish countryside and find being outside, either walking or gardening really beneficial to my own mental health. I can also often be found curled up at home with a good book or a binge worthy TV program.
I have a friendly, down to earth, yet professional approach to my counselling work. I feel passionate about my work and giving people the time and space to enable them to explore who they truly are. I will always provide a supportive and safe environment for you to be able to do this.
I believe that deep down we all know what is best for us, but experiences that we have in our lives can have a major effect on how we view the world, our relationships and our future. We forget who we are or who we can be.
I am an open and honest counsellor who will not tell you what to do with your life, but through my counselling experience, training and life experiences I am able to listen and help you start your journey, by supporting you to sort through your thoughts and emotions and move forward.
